She has drawn both fire and praise for extraordinary mixture of southern charm, intellectual tenacity and no-nonsense leadership.

 Her name was inspired by the Italian musical notation condoleeza, meaning to play with "sweetness" Today however it conjure many other meanings : poise, strength, conviction.At age 47 she beca.e the driver behind American's foreign policy, the first female and second African American to serve as national security adviser to the president..

Her early life didn't start on the street of gold as you may think, she saw racism in it's raw form and other issues of which she subdued and lived her dreams it was not always cozy and fuzzy, but she never let her guard down.

This attribute is what I want you to portray as you navigate through this year.
